By accessing and using AgileTasker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgileTasker is a task management application that allows you to organize, track, and manage your tasks and projects. The Service includes features such as task creation, organization by sections/boards, scheduling, and Google Calendar / Google Tasks integration.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data and content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your User Content to provide the Service
• Back up your User Content for data protection purposes
• Display your User Content to you and collaborators you authorize

We will not share, sell, or use your User Content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Tasks. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

8. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of User Content or data.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your User Content may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgileTasker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
